BAUER HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS are designed for marine and industrial high-pressure applications. Included in our hydraulic cylinder programme are double acting, single acting and telescopic cylinders. Hydraulic cylinders with stokes up to 10.000 mm and diameters up to 550 mm are delivered in accordance with the requirements of various classification societies. Cylinders with internal mechanical locking can be delivered up to 120 mm/diameter. MOUNTINGS: -Eye ends with spherical bushings -Trunnions -Flange mountings PISTON RODS: -Hard chromiumplated steel -Stainless steel STEEL TUBING: -Hot rolled steel tubes, St. 52.3N, bored and honed -Diameters up to 550 mm, lengths up to 11.000 mm.

Hydraulic Jumpers & Connectors In 1998, Bennex established the hydraulic department and have since been a leading supplier with highly qualified hydraulic crew, well equipped workshop and strong HSE focus. Our employees have a broad knowledge of mechanic and hydraulic assembly and testing. Since the establishment of the hydraulic department, we have been delivering hydraulic jumpers and hardware to FMC Subsea Kongsberg. Bennex has first class workmanship in the following: - Assembly of complete MQC inboards/outboards and jumpers - Adapting tubes - Assembly of brackets and structures for chemical injection valves, filter, valves, accumulators, etc. - Cutting of hoses according to customers specifications - Production of hosebundles protected with spiralguard with varying configuration; according to the customer's request - Termination and adaptation of hydraulic jumpers - Combined hydraulic and electrical jumpers Bennex has all the equipment to terminate most approved hydraulic hoses, included HRC hoses. We hold in stock hoses and fittings from our supplier, Duco Ltd. Bennex also has a cordoned room in order to perform all necessary and quality assurance testing. All the results from the test will be stored for documentation. Bennex hydraulic department is equipped with several HPU “rigs” and a well assorted selection of fittings and hoses. We handle test pressure down to 3000 bar. Bennex performs these tests with both water – and mineral based oils. To store temperature and pressure results, we use electronic measuring equipment. The documented reports include prints and graphs.
