Air Handling Units Based on our long worldwide experience in the marine and offshore market, we have developed several types of high quality Air Handling Units (AHU). We offer a flexible range of units in many sizes. The units are available in modules that enable us to deliver solutions tailor made to all kind of marine and offshore installations. Our products come in selections of single or dual-pipe units, low or high-pressure units.
AIR TERMINALS
AERON® Marine Cabin Units and air terminals are designed for use in low and high speed marine air conditioning systems. Their task is to control the airflow and temperature. We have a comprehensive range of Cabin Units for wall mounting or ceiling suspension, units for 1-pipe, 2 pipe, 1 pipe with reheat and a wide selection of air terminal units The manually operated cabin units includes a reheater with room thermostat, or just a manual damper (manual model) which both allow the manual adjustment of airflow quantity. The Cabin Units includes a selection of room thermostats and diffusors. We may also offer automatic pressure-independent cabin units that support the most sophisticated indoor environment in cabins. The airflow can be controlled and maintained individually in each cabin and thus sound levels and comfort are kept in a best possible level. The airflow and temperature can be continuously measured so that the controller will cut off the reheat power below the minimum airflow. Some Marine cabin units can operate on a LON or Ethernet network with a dedicated network adapter. Through intelligent network and pressure-independent operation systems it is possible to reach the best benefits of energy efficiency technology.

AIR DRYERS CABINETS
Membrane Air Dryers Cabinets & Skid Units Air Products PRISM PE dryers are compact and efficient dehydrators for industrial, marine oil & gas plant air/working air and instrument quality air. These robust dryers remove water vapor from compressed air streams by the selective permeation of water molecules through polymers. They are “molecular filters” in which water travels across the membrane faster than other gas molecules. Advantages include lower maintenance time and expense compared to desiccant or refrigerant dryers. Membrane dryers are superior for operation at remote sites and for point-of use applications. Membrane dryers are passive devices that lower capital and operational cost. The small size and simple operation make the ideal for applications where bulky units will not fit. Membrane dryers are quiet, minimum requirement for external power, and do not have expendable media that requires maintenance. AIR CONDITIONING
The air-conditioning system controls the heat as well as ventilation. Alternatively, the split system or remote coils can be used. However, air ducts must be properly cleaned as pathogens thrive there otherwise. Return-air grills are also vulnerable to chemical, microbiological, and radiological elements.
HEATING SYSTEMS
Heating is significant in maintaining adequate temperature, especially during colder weather conditions. Two classifications of heating exist: local and central. The latter is more commonly used because it is more economical. Furnace or boiler, heat pump, and radiator make up the heating system.
VENTILATION SYSTEMS
Ventilation, on the other hand, is associated with air movement. Ventilation is necessary to allow carbon dioxide to go out and oxygen to ge in, making sure that people are inhaling fresh air. Stagnant air causes the spread of sickness (through airborne pathogens) and allergies. But it is also essential to maintain an efficient venilation system. Insufficient ventilation usually promotes the growth of bacteria and fungi such as molds because of high humidity.
