CABLE PROTECTION

These shrink tubing are designed for extreme conditions. Our self-extinguishing shrink tubing HA40 and MA40 , are flame retardant, resistant to solvents, acids and lye, and meet all the requirements you need to consider in shipbuilding. This also includes the strict certifications from DNV GL. Moisture and corrosion are no problem when using these shrink tubing. 

The cable goods, through the material's durability, require reduced time and costs for maintenance while increasing safety.

CABLE ROUTING

Cable routing without the use of screws: mounting base PMB5 with glue

Mounting base PMB5 - ideal for wiring ships.This product can be used where other fastening sockets cannot be used, e.g. because it is not possible to drill holes. Thanks to the base shape, it is also possible to adhere PMB5 to uneven surfaces. 

This feature and the simple mounting with dough glue make it indispensable for shipbuilding.

CABLE TIES AND FIXINGS

This cable tie not only has the important shipbuilding certificates from DNV GL or Bureau Veritas, but also convinces through a special head geometry. The flat design also enables a quick installation where there is only little space. The smooth inside and the wide mounting surface protect the cables particularly well. And with the tool MK10-SB the bands are cut without leaving sharp edges.
