BALLAST WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

TeamTec Oceansaver® BWMS is designed to safely maximize the elimination of waterborne organisms that can be carried in ballast water, consequently, protecting the environment as well as your assets.

Choosing the right ballast water management system is highly important decision as system limitations may halt ship operations. TeamTec Oceansaver BWMS  is designed and approved by USCG to operate without any restrictions. TeamTec will assist you to determine your ballast water treatment needs, design and deliver a high quality system. TeamTec Oceansaver ballast water management technology is based on the principle of filtration and disinfection by side stream electrodialysis. The BWMS can be installed on all types of vessels, and is the preferred system for quality minded owners. Our vast range of models cover capacities from 200 m3/h up to 7200 m3/h flow rate.

CASTING

With our high-precision horizontal machining center, TeamTec offers high speed and high quality service on milling jobs for maritime and offshore customers. Additionally, in our own foundry, we can do casting in aluminium, bronze and nickel aluminium bronze for maritime and offshore customers, as well as for private customers.

MACHINING

Although machining is not our core business, TeamTec has experienced that additional services from our high-precision machining center is in demand. With our modern machinery and skilled employees, we ensure an efficient solution both for long and short production lines, which reduces delivery time.

EJECTORS

TeamTec Ejectors (eductors) are jet pumps driven by water or oil supplied from conventional pumps. The combination of high quality material and skilful construction offers the most effective solution to meet onboard requirements.

Stripping ejectors, which have become standard on most ships being built today, are efficient liquid jet pumps for stripping of:

- Cargo tanks
- Ballast water tanks
- Cargo holds
- Engine rooms
- Bilge, etc..

INCINERATORS

The TeamTec Incinerators are the ultimate solution for waste treatment onboard vessels, offshore units and onshore facilities. Our vast range of models and versions cover capacities from 190 000 kcal/h to 1 290 000 kcal/h.

Incineration of liquid and solid waste is considered to be an environmental friendly way of waste management. Onboard incineration with local management of sludge oil and solid waste is highly appreciated, and recommended by the International Marine Organisation (IMO) and all the class societies. The TeamTec Incinerators are computerized (PLC) to make the daily use simple, automated and safe for the user over a long product life, and always ensuring compliance with the IMO regulations. Our incinerators are also perfect for waste treatment at onshore facilities, especially in remote areas. We have supplied TeamTec Incinerators to power plants, mines, hotel resorts and military units all over the world. Please note that local regulations may differ from the marine regulations. All models are running at a high temperature to enable high capacity for burning both liquid and solid waste, and in spite of this, have small dimensions.
