The graphical display allows you to read all information you need. By adding a pump to the PM105 you get a powerful handheld Pressure Calibrator named PM110L and PM110H. Range from 10 to 1200bar, accuracy as good as 0,03%. The units are designed according to the new ATEX directive for EEx/IS products, which is valid from 1 July 2003.

Tek Know PM305/310L/310H Pressure Calibrator We are proud to announce the new pressure calibrators! The new units are easy to use and rugged instruments highly recognized by the oil and gas industry. The PM305 Pressure Calibrator includes electrical mA,V and switch test inputs. It features programmable engineering units, range and input types. The history log makes it possible to store data for as many as 30 tag's. The graphical display allows you to read all information you need. By adding a pump to the PM305 you get a powerful handheld Pressure Calibrator named PM310L and PM310H. External pressure sensors can be connected for increased flexibility. Tek Know - PM205 Digital Pressure Meter The PM205 digital pressure meter represents a practical and economical way of performing pressure calibrations and measurements.

Hand Held Pressure Pumps Scan-Sense AS supplies a range of hand held pressure pumps for the calibration instruments.  The pumps are durable and suited for the demanding environments on board ships and in the offshore/Industrial fields.  All pumps are available in a kit configuration with case and all necessary fittings, hose and adaptors.

- TEMPERATURE CALIBRATORS Tek Know TC2000 The most complete temperature calibrator system ever built! The TC2000 is the latest product in the Tek Know range. This product represents a unique combination of a dry block calibrator and a temperature bath. The temperature range is from -40°C below ambient to + 150°C. TC2000 is built into a self-contained rugged case ready to use. This system is probably the most complete temperature calibration system ever built! The TC2000 has patented a system which combines a dry block well with a liquid bath. By changing the insert the TC2000 is transformed from a dry block to a bath. With TC2000’s unique flexibility one can combine the best features of a dry block with a liquid bath on the same calibrator. The TC2000 has built-in a precision measuring instrument which allows us to measure RTD, thermocouples, V and mA. The user can choose between internal or external reference sensors depending on the requirements to accuracy. A built in CE computer makes the unit very easy to use and enables the user to easily set-up an automatic multi-point calibration system. Accuracy from ± 0.3% F.S. depending of the external reference sensor. Stability when used as a liquid bath ±0.001°C. Resolution is 0.01°C.

Tek Know TC150 Temperature Calibrator TC150 is a portable dry block calibrator with temperature range from -40°C below ambient to + 150°C. The special designed controller and the aluminum low mass well gives the unit quick responds when the set temperature is changed. Peltier elements are used to generate heat or cold in the well. The internal microprocessor change the controller parameters depending of the set point and temperature of the internal sensor are shown at the internal LCD display. Resolution is 0.1°C. Accuracy is ± 0.3°C and stability is ± 0.03°C. The unit is equipped with an RS-232 serial interface and can easily be connected to a PC and the SC200 software. TC150 is supplied with a rugged case, traceable certificate and necessary equipment.

Tek Know TC125 Temperature Calibrator TC125 is a portable dry block calibrator with temperature range from -40°C below ambient to + 125°C. The special designed controller and the aluminum low mass well gives the unit quick responses when the set temperature is changed. Peltier elements are used to generate heat or cold in the well. The internal microprocessor changes the controller parameters depending of the set point and temperature of the internal sensor, and are displayed on the internal LCD screen. The resolution is 0.1°C. The accuracy is ± 0.3°C and stability is ± 0.03°C. The unit is equipped with an RS-232 serial interface and can easily be connected to a PC and the SC200 software. The TC125 is supplied with a rugged case, a traceable certificate and all necessary equipment.

Tek Know TC1200 Temperature Calibrator The TC1200 temperature calibrator is a compact and portable unit, which is just as suitable for use on site as in the laboratory. Temperature range is from 150°C to + 1200°C. Accuracy ± 0.3°C, stability ± 0.5°C. TC1200 is a tube furnace with a specially profiled heater to give a central zone of constant temperature. Mounted in the centre of the furnace is a drilled metallic insert supported by insulation pieces designed to minimize heat conduction. Tek Know TC650 Temperature Calibrator The TC650 is a portable dry block calibrator for temperature ranges 50°C to 650°C. The construction is based on a proven rugged temperature well controlled by a special designed controller. The internal microprocessor changes the controller parameters depending of the set point and temperature of the internal sensor, and are shown on the internal LCD display.  The resolution is 0.1°C. The unit is equipped with an RS-232 serial interface and can easily be connected to a PC and the SC200 software to allow automatic alibration. Accuracy of the calibrator is ± 0.5° C. The stability is better than ±0.05°C.

Tek Know TC600M Temperature Calibrator The TC600M is a portable dry block calibrator designed for the marine market. The construction is based on a proven rugged temperature well controlled by special designed controller. The internal microprocessor change the controller parameters depending of the set point and temperature of the internal sensor are shown at the internal LCD display. Resolution is 0.1°C. The unit is equipped with an RS-232 serial interface and can easily be connected to a PC and the SC200 software to allow automatic calibration. Accuracy of the calibrator is ± 0.8†C. Stability better than ±0.05°C.

Tek Know TC400 Temperature Calibrator TC400 is a portable dry block calibrator based on the same construction as TC650, but with a temperature range from 50°C to 400°C. The construction is based on a proven rugged temperature well controlled by a special designed controller. The internal microprocessor changes the controller parameters depending of the set point and temperature of the internal sensor, and are shown on the internal LCD display. The resolution is 0.1°C. The unit is equipped with a RS-232 serial interface and can easily be connected to a PC and the SC200 software to allow automatic calibration. Accuracy of the calibrator is ± 0.3†C. The stability is better than ±0.05°C.

Tek Know SM300 Signal Master The SM300 is a digital thermometer/reference instrument. The unit allows high precision measurements of various signals, by using high resolution AD conversion. The firmware includes communication with temperature calibrators and computer. The unit is equipped with two RTD inputs as well as inputs for thermocouples, mV, V and mA. The reading from the sensor being tested is shown at the LCD display and can easily be transferred to a PC via RS232 interface. The unit is equipped with a second RS232 interface for communication/control of the temperature calibrator.

Tek Know SC200 Calibration Software SC200 is a Windows based communication program for collecting, presentation and storing of test data from temperature sensors. When connecting the software to the equipment described above we get a fully automatic calibration system. Such a system simplifies the calibration job and subsequently all calibration data is presented in a way that fulfill the ISO 9000 demands to procedures, setup and traceability.

- MARINE CALIBRATORS Tek Know Marine Test Case In January 1998, the Internantional Safety Management (ISM) code was adopted by IMO and became mandatory for certain ocean going vessels. Not later than July 1st 2002 the SOLAS Chapter IX and the ISM code applies to all ships, including mobile offshore drilling units. The TEK KNOW marine test kit is supplied with a rugged case, traceable certificates and all necessary equipment to fulfill international regulations. The kit can be configured to each type of vessels requirement for on board test and calibration equipment. A world-wide service network assures that vessels will get full back up when complementing the test kit with new items and spare parts. The Scan-Sense AS periodically calibration system will make  vessels able to keep certificates updated at all times.

Tek Know PCA350M Pressure Calibrator The PCA350M kit is specially designed for maritime applications and is supplied in a rugged aluminium case for transportation. All pressure sensors drift.  Calibrate to justify adjustments or replacement of sensors.  Connect any of the analog gauges to the hydraulic pump and you are ready to carry out calibration on board.

Tek Know PCA205M Pressure Calibrator The PCA205M kit is specially designed for maritime applications onboard ships. Calibrate to justify adjustments or replacement of sensors.  Connect the digital indicator PM205 to the hydraulic pump and you are ready to carry out calibration on board.

Tek Know TC60M Temperature Calibrator Tek Know calibrators- have been designed to maintain high accuracy and stability under the most severe conditions. The portable calibrators are used on vessels and offshore rigs by leading operators and ship owners worl-wide. True calibration- no simulation.  The calibrator generates true temperature reference. Portable- low weight and compact design make the calibrators ideal for "on board" calibration.

Verkstedtjenester plate-/sveise verksted /  Maskin og Rørverksted / Mechanical workshop

Plate- og sveiseverkstedet: Plate- og sveiseverkstedet er den største avdelingen på 1600 m2.,  med dobbel traverskrane på 2 ganger 20 tonn løfte- kapasitet.

De ansatte har god faglig bakgrunn. Dette gjør at vi i tillegg til spisskompetanse, har et høyt nivå på generell sveiseteknikk. Avdelingen er godt teknisk utstyrt for plate- og sveisearbeid med stål, rustfritt stål og aluminium. Rasjonelle og hurtige skrog- reparasjoner har etter hvert blitt en av våre spesialfelter. Ellers produseres alt av shelterdekk, overbygg og stålkonstruksjoner samt forlengelser. Produktutvikling er også viktig på denne avdelingen. Isforsterkning av stålskrog som gjør at fartøy kan drifte lengre sesonger og tryggere inordområdene, er et eksempel på dette.

Omarbeidning og installasjon av nye rustfrie fabrikkdekksløsninger for behandling av fisk, er ettervært blitt en større del av vår virksomhet. Likeledes foretar vi jevnlig installasjoner av fryseri- og RSW-anlegg.

Maskin/rørverksted: Maskin/ rørverkstedet er nest største avdelingen. Den er allsidig og har høy kompetanse innen de forskjellige fagområdene. Også her har de fleste arbeiderne fagbrev.  Verkstedet er godt utstyrt for utføring av de fleste oppgaver innen maskin- og mekanisk arbeid, dreiing, fresing, boring, sliping og rørlegging. Avdelingen har høy kompetanse innen hydraulikk arbeid.

Tromsø Mekaniske har et godt samarbeid med leverandører av de fleste motormerker. Dette betyr at vi kan levere installasjoner, klassifisering, motoroverhalinger og havarireparasjoner av de fleste motormerker. Denne avdelingen utfører også nymontering og reparasjoner av vinsjer og hydrauliske  systemer. Vi har rørleggere som utfører rørlegging med alle typer rør.
