BULKHEADS
Isolamin bulkhead and lining panels. Isolamin bulkhead and lining panels are the main component’s in Isolamin’s complete marine interior system. They come in thicknesses from 16 to 100 mm. Those soft core panels are made up as a sandwich construction of sheet steel with a soft, light weight and non-combustible core of mineral or glass wool. Sound reduction values of up to 51 dB Rw are achieved and fire rating form B0 to A60. The unique panel connection system makes it a total flexible system. The panels are equilateral giving less cut offs at assembling. The C-joint creates an unsurpassed strength at the same time as it makes it easy to remove any panel alone for inspection or replacement in case of damage. This is unique in the business. Isolamin’s panels system also includes inspection hatches, with fire rating B15, togehter with a range of matching accessories. The entire system, with all components, cooperates to one unit. fullfilling all requrements, rules and regulations.

ALUMINIUM STRUCTURES
Steel and aluminum structures, used for ships and platforms, are rigid and very resonant. No exceptional forces are required to give rise to vibrations, which are then transmitted efficiently through the structure and cause large areas to radiate sound. Viscoelastic cushioning materials, used in well-designed systems, can be used to greatly reduce these problem areas.
