Application Scanmatic carries out the assembly and testing of a wide range of control systems, electrical panels and cabinets according to the standard specified by the customer. The drawing material is produced either by Scanmatic's engineers, in collaboration with the customer or is handed over completely by the customer.   

Advantages of Scanmatic include a close connection between production and the engineering departments for efficient troubleshooting and change handling, as well as good purchasing conditions at the largest equipment manufacturers.

Technology A good example of Scanmatic's expertise in this field is our delivery to an unmanned loading buoy that will be connected to an FPSO on an oil field in West Africa. For this buoy, Scanmatic supplied  systems for anchor line monitoring and PIG detection, assembly of hydraulic racks and control cabinets, as well as electrical cabling and assembly of the control container which is operated on battery with solar cells and communicates via radio link with the FPSO.
