Stern-tube bearings Cedervall sterntube bearings - are made of highest quality steel, cast iron or heavy duty ductile iron with centrifugally lined lead or tin based white metal. Cedervall sterntube bearings can be supplied in standard sizes or to customer specification. The bearings can be machined for temperature sensors and a wide range of sensor types can be supplied as option. Stern-tubes Standard Cedervall design features safe and easy mounting. Offered for any shaft diameter and length, having white metal bearings pre- mounted. The bearings can be machined for temperature sensors, supplied as an option. Sealing devices for expoy resin mounting can also be supplied as an option. The sterntube can be made according to customer specification or in Cedervall standard version. Intermadiatd shaft bearings Cedervall intermediate shaft bearings are made of highest quality cast iron with tin or lead based white metal. The bearings can be supplied with bottom and top bearing bowls or with bottom bowl only. The bearings are self- lubricating and self aligning and prepared for water-cooling. The bearings are supplied with oil level gauge and thermometer as standard. Temperature sensor can be supplied as option.

Differential Positioning Sensors: Our Differential Position Sensors - DPS product line is developed for applications demanding reliable, accurate and quality-controlled position and velocity. Typical applications include dynamic positioning systems, docking control and high-speed vessels SpotTrack: SpotTrack is primarily used as a reference system for relative positioning in DP operations. The SpotTrack sensor is a robust motion stabilised rotating laser sensor which measures range and bearing to one or several retro-reflective targets installed on the target platform or vessel. RADius: RADius is a high performance radar-based relative positioning reference sensor. The sensor is developed for use in offshore applications in need of high accuracy range and bearing measurements.The RADius solution is based on years of experience and knowledge in offshore applications, and developed to secure safe and efficient operation in an dynamic environment. DARPS: DARPS is a DP position reference system tailor made for offshore loading operations. RADIO BEACON
SAILOR SE-II and SGE-II EPIRBs Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon The SAILOR SE-II and SGE-II Satellite EPIRBs are satellite distress beacons designed to operate in conjunction with the Cospas-Sarsat international satellite search and rescue system. The SE-II and the SGE-II is identical except for the GPS built into the the SGE-II, which improves the accurasy of the position transmitted to shore when activated. The EPIRBs are supplied with either a manual release bracket or with an automatic hydrostatic release bracket, which will automatically release the EPIRB in situation where the vessel is sinking. This system locates beacons transmitting on the 406MHz frequency to within 5km (3nm). Once Search And Rescue (SAR) units are at the distress scene the beacon's 121.5MHz homing transmitter and it's high intensity xenon strobe light aid final location even in poor visibility. SAILOR 406MHz Satellite EPIRB is fully compatible with the Cospas-Sarsat and Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) regulations and meets the requirements A810 (19) of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).
