With more than 9000 units supplied, primarily to the marine market, we are honoured to say that we are first choice for ship owners.

Because drilling for oil and gas moves further offshore and to more remote areas, the normal procedure of discharging garbage to shore, via supply boats, is becoming more difficult and expensive. The incinerator in the offshore market will therefore be much more necessary in the future. 

Offshore Owners often require a special solution with either a containerised or skid-mounted incinerator installed in a non-hazardous area. 

Low noise levels are also often an important parameter on an offshore accommodation block or rig. Atlas Incinerators have also delivered sound attenuated containers to meet these low noise level demands.

Atlas Incinerators often supply incinerators to the Power Plant market, where a containerized or skid-mounted solution is required. The customer is typically a major generator manufacturer, who has to offer a turn-key power plant to a developing country. In such applications, our incinerators are required to run 24/7, 365 days per year, burning sludge oil. 

Other installations have required that our incinerators operate in remote, and often harsh, environments such as environmental clean-up in Congo or The Royal Danish Army base Station Nord in Greenland.

FOOD WASTE SYSTEMS

Delitek AS has developed two diff erent solutions in order to overcome typical problems with the wet waste from galley area.

For vessels with small crew numbers, we have developed the FWS wet waste processing unit. This is a combination of a heavy duty food waste grinder and holding tank, in one compact unit. Still it is capable of dealing with the same problems the traditional bigger food waste systems do.

For larger vessels and higher crew/ passenger numbers we off er the DeliVAC Food waste system. The DeliVAC system is based around the vacuum pump technology from JETS. The main components in the system are the macerators in galley, holding tank and Vacuum /discharge unit skid. Via one or more free-standing macerators in the galley, the grinded food waste is transported to a holding tank. Due to the use of vacuum transport and high speed transport, small diameter pipes (DM50) can be used without experiencing traditional clogging problems. Holding tanks comes in sizes from 1,2M3 to 10M3. The system has its internal discharge pump, in order to pump the food slurry to open sea (where allowed). The system is very fl exible and can be customized for each project. De-watering and grease separation solutions can also be adapted to the system.

GLASS CRUSHERS

Glass crushers have one simple task, to crush glass and bottles. However, making a machine that does this hundreds and thousands of times consistently and trouble free is not as simple.

MVH Vertikal Hot Water Boiler

The PARAT MVH is a vertical smoke tube hot water boiler. Vertical design gives the smallest possible footprint and increases the flexibility when placing the boiler in a limited space area.

The oil burner is mounted at the side, easy accessible for inspection and maintenance. The combustion chamber is well dimensioned for burning of MDO and HFO. The boiler is delivered as a complete unit, insulated and preassembled with all valves and instruments, oil burner and control panel.

The Hot water boiler can be delivered with integrated electrical heating elements. The immersion heaters are installed along the side of the boiler shell for easy access and maintenance.

The control system is designed to achieve an unmanned engine room. The system is fully automatic and operates with electronic controllers and electric/pneumatic actuators. The panel is mounted on the boiler side. All control of the boiler panel is operated from the local touch screen. Boiler PLC can be connected to main control system by standard ethernet/profibus/modbus communication.
