SHIP CHANDLER - YOUR ONE-STOP SHOP

Kræmer AS and W. Giertsen AS entered into a strategic alliance on January 1st. 2003.
The whole ship chandler business was transferred to a new company called Kræmer
& Giertsen AS. As of July 1st 2003 the new company has logistic units in Stavanger,
Bergen, Ålesund, Kristiansund, Tromsø and Hammerfest.

In recent years Kræmer & Giertsen has endeavoured to build a stronger basis for
further developing and marketing its supply and logistics business vis-à-vis maritime
players. As a result, the company has changed its name to Kraemer Maritime AS and
organised the business into three regions – Northern Norway, Møre and Western
Norway, in order to further develop ship chandlery as a business area and contribute
to strengthening the group’s position as the leading maritime supplier of consumables in
Norway.

KRAEMER MARINE AS aims to be the preferred supplier of consumer goods and
equipment to cruise, tank and offshore vessels and the fishing fleet - locally, nationally
and internationally.

KRAEMER MARINE AS provides 24-hour-a-day service year-round, and stocks nearly
everything in equipment, provisions, leisure and non-food.

Large warehouse, comprehensive inventory and efficient routines ensure fast and
on-time delivery of a wide range of products and services. What we don’t stock, our
associates can quickly obtain through our extensive contact network. 
We give our all to fill orders and deliver goods as agreed.
