Hydraulic accumulators are manufactured according to the customer's specifications
Servi is the largest manufacturer of accumulators in Norway. We design and manufacture accumulators according to the customer's specific needs in most materials, and accessories such as limit switches, burst ink and external or internal position sensor.

The accumulators are produced in dimensions from Ø 40 to Ø 760 mm and up to 3000 bar. In addition to Servi having its own production, we also collaborate with other manufacturers to complement our product range. CYLINDERS, HYDRAULIC

Hydraulic cylinder - Servi is Norway's largest manufacturer
Servi's factory at Rissa, formerly Servi Cylinderservice, was started in 1936 and started producing hydraulic cylinders and accumulators in 1956. Our products have since the beginning been used in the world's toughest climate for very demanding work operations. In order to meet customers' requirements for quality, we work continuously to further develop our products. Our customers operate in offshore, marine / ship, aquaculture, hydropower, smelters and general industry.

We supply cylinders, accumulators and dampers with piston diameters from Ø 20 mm – Ø 1500 mm and stroke lengths up to 20 m depending on dimension and design in different material qualities.

HYDRAULIC UNITS

Hydraulic units, now with significantly lower energy consumption
Servi Group has large production of hydraulic units in Ulsteinvik, Ski and Kristiansand. Today, we are Norway's largest manufacturer and competence center in hydraulics and have extensive experience with deliveries to offshore, marine, energy and land-based industries.

A large staff of highly qualified employees assembles hydraulic units and systems in many sizes and variants. If we combine this with our quality products, we can design and produce optimal hydraulic units based on customer specifications.

Our quality assurance system ensures reliable hydraulic deliveries, both of drawings, progress plans and final documentation. Our production facilities are a total of 2,500 m² with a ceiling height of 10 meters. The power supply is 400 kW and the voltage is 220/380/50 VAC. We have overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 10 tonnes, a separate assembly department for stainless steel systems and a separate electrical department. As part of the quality assurance, all equipment undergoes a thorough function test before final delivery.

Servis factory at Kongsberg has over 50 years of experience in the design and production of hydraulic valves and hydraulic blocks. The units are designed to withstand harsh environments in marine and offshore, hydropower and other demanding industrial segments.
