LNG FUEL SYSTEMS

Torgy LNG delivers turnkey solutions including engineering, project consultancy, planning, purchasing, project management and installation of LNG storage and fuel systems for shipping and land based industry. 

Working with our clients at every step, Torgy LNG supplies a unique range of products and services including IMO A and IMO C LNG containment systems. Available in a large variety of shapes and sizes, these tanks can be specified for transport, storage or use in fuel systems.

Torgy’s IMO A LNG Containment System is the world’s first small scale, non-pressurised LNG containment. Our unique design allows tanks to be built into a large variety of shapes and sizes and is ideal for optimising tank capacity on board ships with the minimum impact on cargo capacity. In spite of their clear operational advantages, Torgy IMO A tanks remain cost competitive with all other tank technologies

Torgy also provides LNG re-gas and fuel handling systems for shipping and industry. These systems are compact, efficient and have been developed in collaboration with Rolls Royce Marine. 

Torgy LNG is ready to work with designers and shipyards world wide, and can deliver systems in all markets, including solutions for Jones Act Shipping.

PIPING SUPPORT

Torgy delivers many different types of piping & vessel supports and related products to Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Power & HVAC Projects around the world. Torgy is ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 certified and manufactures products in three key locations in Europe; Norway, UK and Latvia. Our product range varies from Cryogenic, High Temperature & Standard Pipe & Vessel Supports, Spring Supports, Clamps, Sliders and related fabrications. All products are underpinned by a 9001 quality certified Engineering function that utilises different analyses as necessary to satisfy each individual project requirement.

Supplying globally and operating in the sector for almost 60 years, the Torgy Supports experience covers all aspects of design & manufacture for technical as well as simple support requirements. Typical products Torgy supplies it’s National and International clients are the following; standard and client specific pipe supports and clamps, slider units, u-bolts and clamps both non friction and friction, anti-vibration products, spring supports, hydraulic line claps and thermal isolation for process vessels including platforms and ladders. Torgy also provides engineering services and finite element thermal and stress analysis.

SUB SYSTEMS

Specialised engineering, fabrication, assembly and testing of mechanical sub systems for the Subsea market. Audited and approved by Norwegian key companies in the industry. In 2008 Torgy began the journey towards the expanding Subsea market. In a time where the new discovered oil and gas fields are located further away, on deeper ground and in a rougher climate, Subsea is the future solution. Torgy’s intention was to become a complete Subsea Fabrication Partner to the operators in that market segment. Since then, Torgy has taken action and has from 2008, established expertise, machines and facilities to make the next step as a subsea fabrication partner. As of today we are supplying several Norwegian clients with subsea equipment and tools. 

As of today Torgy delivers complete solutions including steelwork and welding, coating, assembly for testing and final certification according to client specifications. Typical items Torgy are supplying are, Frames /structures, Brackets, ROV panels, ROV Handles, Counter weights, Umbilical sheaves, Protection Shields and Racks, Guide Posts Pipe Supports and more.....
