The core of the SeaMACS is the Alarm and Monitoring. The redundant architecture of the system is designed to allow minimum downtime of the system by providing optimum reliability. Any downtime can in the worst case induce costs and damage to equipment, therefore the ability to have redundancy both at the top level and the lower level is a standard part of the system.

Integrated Automation System SeaMACS

SeaMACS is designed as a scalable integrated automation system for marine applications, meeting the special requirements of ship owners in both the navy and merchant sector. The IAS ensures the safe operation of vessels through constantly monitoring vessel machinery and equipment, delivering alarm and status information at any time. It is designed to meet the classification societies for unmanned machinery spaces.

FUEL PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS

Fuel Performance System FuelMACS®

Based on the SeaMACS IAS platform, FuelMACS® incorporates additional functionality for fuel and energy performance management. It offers a valuable SEEMP tool to ship owners, allowing them to monitor and compare their vessel's or fleet's performance fuel performance in real-time and/or based on historical values. Characterised by high scalability and flexibility, FuelMACS® allows for definition of vessel-specific indicators - one of the crucial points when evaluating vessel performance over time. The system is designed according to the provisions of the MARPOL convention, which requires a Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP) to be development and Energy Efficiency Operational Indicators (EEOI) to be established for all vessels.

As part of an integrated automation system (IAS) we deliver systems and products for control of the power generation on board the vessel – Power Management Systems (PMS).

SPEED GOVERNORS

Speed Governors for Marine Propulsion Engines

For over 30 years, we have delivered and installed solutions for retrofitting of speed governors by using HEINZMANN electronic speed governors for many type of engines. This  is done on both generator sets and propulsion engines. On some special projects, we have delivered solutions for isochronous load sharing between HEINZMANN control units and speed governors from other producers.
