ACCOMMODATION LADDERS

Marine Aluminium can supply a wide range of Accommodation ladders including:
- Telescopic ladders
- Fixed ladders
- Bulwark ladders
- Pilot ladders

The accommodation ladders and gangways can be made with:
- curved steps,
- fixed ribs
- perforated non-slip grating
- adjustable steps

The ladders will be custom built according to your specification. Some items are however
also in stock.

DROPPED OBJECT PROTECTION

On the topsides, the Dropped Object Protections are used for protecting decks or equipment. The Protections can be made in small panels or large protective decks and are used where swinging objects may be lifted above critical equipment.

 
The panels can be designed to withstand the load from falling objects like drill collars, containers etc.

FLEXIBARRIER

FlexiBarrier is a product developed to cope with the rough handling of goods and containers offshore. Adjacent railing and protection systems in lay-down areas can often be damaged, causing work delays and safety problems.

GANGWAYS

Marine Aluminium was the first, and is by far the most experienced manufacturer of aluminium gangways in the world.

Marine Aluminium’s telescopic gangways are a very important offshore safety feature, and although the main purpose is personnel access between offshore installations, it can also be used to support utility transfer lines for fuel, mud, electricity and water.

HELICOPTER DECKS

Impressive weight reduction – no maintenance required – no painting – no repainting.
Aluminium ensures a substantial weight reduction.  The alloy used for Helidecks has the mechanical properties of mild steel and merely
one-third of its weight. In addition, the extrusion technology provides the designers with possibilities that are impossible with steel. The
Helidecks can be tailor made to fulfil the customer’s requirements and the delivery can differ from a package for container transport to
a completely installed “turn key” Helideck with lighting, fire-fighting etc.

Marine Aluminium has delivered HVAC products/solutions for decades. Our product range includes shafts, water separating inlet louvers, louver housing, dampers and hatches. The best protection and longevity for customer’s ventilation systems is achieved by high efficiency separating performance and the use of seawater resistant aluminium. The solutions offered can be designed to fit the customer’s requirements.

Marine Aluminium can offer complete Living Quarter Extensions, also made with  glass facades insulated to A60 fire class.

Low weight makes installation easier by reducing the amount of work required offshore.
The modules can be fully outfitted and still be lifted using existing cranes on the installation.

RAILING SYSTEMS

The field installed railing systems are highly versatile and can be adapted to any structure. The advantages of using field installed railing systems are the reduced weight, easy installation and ease of modification or configuration. The system can be installed offshore without any hot work.

STAIRWAYS

Marine Aluminium Stairways are an integrated part of the Marine Aluminium Railing System.  The stairways can be delivered as completed assemblies, designed and built to meet each customer’s unique requirements or have the stairway system built on site if preferred.  Marine Aluminium’s flexible system designs make either option possible.

WALL PANELS

Marine Aluminium has developed, manufactured and supplied the Safety Wall Systems since 1984 and these systems have been supplied to most of the Oil & Gas installations in the North Sea. These systems are designed to meet the requirements of explosion blast relief, natural ventilation, weather protection and heat shielding. The construction material is seawater resistant aluminium.
