CARGO SYSTEMS
SHIPMASTER Cargo & Ballast Automation provides a complete overview and control of the loading and discharging of tanks. Pumps, valves and other equipment are easily controlled and monitored on screen from a SHIPMASTER PC and the dedicated operator keyboard. Graphical process views provide the operators with a full /picture of gauging sensors, temperature sensors etc. SHIPMASTER is of course compatible with other KOCKUM SONICS products such as LOADMASTER® and LEVELMASTER®.
LEVEL GAUGING SYSTEMS
The new generation of LEVELMASTER is called CALM (Computer Aided Level Measurement) and is the successor of the well-known NLM system. The CALM system is used for measurement of levels, draughts, inert gas pressure etc. The CALM intelligent sensor is based on the electro-pneumatic measurement principle, but it can also utilise standard analogue sensors. Functions Levelmaster is a flexible level gauging system that works with any pressure, level or temperature transmitter as well as with any automation system. The system is approved by al the major classification societies. Levelmaster is one of the most precise and flexible electro pneumatic level gauging systems available.

SIGNALLING EQUIPMENT, SHI
The TYFON® family of alarm sound emitters are all driven by compressed air. They are used for many different purposes, not only for civil defence, but also for fire alarms, water and flood alarms, rescue services, work place danger signalling etc. - Corrosion-resistant thermoplastic trumpet horn with diaphragm of virtually unlimited lifetime - High acoustic power 120dB(A) at 30m from the horn - Standard frequencies from 200 Hz to 800 Hz - Low air consumption - Customer-tailored solutions upon request The TYFONIC® family of alarm sound emitters are electronically driven. They are mainly used for civil defence alarm, industrial alarm, chemical accidents, gas terminals, tornado warnings etc. The TYFONIC® sound emitters can generate various alarms and also for transmission of speech. In combination with Control Cabinet TK 250-500-750 allows the maximum acoustic propagation on the horizontal plane, and excellent omnidirectional radiation. A high acoustic efficiency is achieved through the unique design of the horns and the integrated compression elements. The materials from which the sound emitter is made have been chosen to withstand all climates, from arctic to tropical. The device is totally maintenance-free. It is equally simple to fit to a house facade, house roof or freestanding mast. CE-labelled and complies with Directives 73/23/EEC and 89/336/EEC.

WATER INGRESS MONITORING
SOLAS XII/12 - Water IngressMonitoring for Bulk Carriers. Our WIM system is based on the LEVELMASTER® CALM a level monitoring system that today is successfully installed on many types of vessels. By utilising accurate electro-pneumatic measurement, no electrical components are located in the holds and one sensing pipe will produce continuous monitoring with compliant alarms. Through this design innovation, installation and operational costs are consequently reduced to a minimum. LEVELMASTER® WIM is type approved by major classification societies: DNV, LRS, ABS and BV. Alarms and Options Our alarm panel DU350 WIM fulfils all of the functions prescribed in the IMO specifications and can be console or bulkhead mounted. Alternatively we can support serial outputs to the ship stability and cargo planning software LOADMASTER®.
