HEAT EXCHANGERS

HEAT EXCHANGERS AND PROCESS COOLING

ITEK delivers heat exchangers (liquid-liquid) for process water, flue gas exchangers (up to 600°C) and industrial heat exchangers for aggressive environments. We have experience from several projects which have made use of the combination of process cooling and district heating to provide efficient utilization of heat energy from waste water. 

In addition to product deliveries, we also provide project management, technical calculations, 3D-scan of the facilities and engineering. Recovering the heat from waste water and use it for district heating is a win-win situation which benefits both the customer and the environment.

VACUUM CLEANING SYSTEMS

CENTRAL VACUUM CLEANING SYSTEMS

ITEK has extensive experience with vacuum systems and vacuum cleaners for multi-user systems. Ever since its inception in 1994, vacuum cleaners have been one of ITEK's main areas. Industrial applications with high pressure, large air volumes and preparation with pre-separators have been a major focus area and from the late 90s, vacuuming in the comfort segment also became a natural part of the product family. Most central systems delivered from ITEK today are based on

- frequency and PLC control  
- side duct fans
- compressed air purified cartridge filters

For special applications, systems for large amounts of dust, extra high pressures, ATEX adaptations and much more are also supplied.
