COIL TUBING UNITS
HPD can provide complete coiled tubing packages or components used. Our product line is complete with control cabin, HPU, BOP skid with hydraulic hose reels, jacking frames etc. All units is designed for easy access for maintenance and short rig up time. All units is designed specifically for well servicing applications in Zone II areas. The units are also capable of working at full capacity in ambient temperatures from –20° C to +30°C. HPD is able to provide a wide range of different generator packages to meet our customer requirements and specifications. Generator packages can be delivered in both electrical and diesel driven versions. Units are designed for operation in Zone II areas. The units are also capable of operating at full capacity in ambient temperatures from – 20° C to +30°C. MACHINE CONTROL
Independent Control Systems provider for drilling equipment manufacturers. Machine monitoring: The Machine monitoring system is a HMI system, which enhances the operator to take the correct actions to optimize the drilling performance. The information is displayed in an easy an intuitive manner, integrated with primary drilling information. There will be no need for a separate console related to the drilling machine/equipment in the drillers cabin. This includes, but is not limited to: - Drawworks - Top drives - Iron roughnecks - Pipe-handling equipment - Anti-collision - Mud pumps - Rotary table - Catheads - BOP - Choke - Diverters - Automated mud and additive systems - Automated fluid transfer systems - Automated chemical injection and dosing systems - Variable frequency converter systems Sensors/interface can be distributed via Remote IO unit or standard interface like Profibus, Modbus, OPC, etc. The system can also be expanded to include machine control. AC Drives: Hitec Products Drilling (HPD) provides true independent AC drive system integration for drilling contractors and rig builders. Our approach focus on how our customers prefer the process to be performed by the system and how the features of an AC drive system will improve the process. This is the main focus when deciding how to arrange the equipment, braking resistors and system monitoring. Issues like easy maintenance, high availability and effective commissioning are important during equipment selection and integration. HPD AC drive solutions cover a wide range manufacturers and experience during years of integration of technology at the frontier of this business. PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS
Optimized control systems for mud, bulk and cement. Hitec Products Drilling (HPD) provides easy maintainable control system components, safe control with high availability through conscious design and component selection and with the use of redundancy features. HPD control systems are based on standard components from the large electronic equipment manufacturers to provide up to date technology and easy access to spare parts worldwide. The system interfaces are based on open industrial standards. We offer ex-works equipment delivery and/or integration tested controls and machines as this will save considerable time and money during commissioning. This is especially important to retrofits and upgrades of installations in operation. System includes, but is not limited to: - Mud systems - Bulk systems - Cement systems

PUMP UNITS
Pumping units The HPD Pumping units are delivered in ranges from 480 BHP to 2000 BHP. All units are designed specifically for well servicing applications in Zone II areas. The units are also capable of working at full capacity in ambient temperatures from –20° C to +30°C. Units can be delivered in both single and split skid version depending of engine size and crane lifting requirements. The skid frame are designed and approved according to DNV 2.7-1. The complete unit are DNV approved according to NORSOK Z-015, S-002, S-005, ATEX and also carries the CE mark. This units meets or exceeds the NORSOK 83 dBA sound level requirements. Other designs and specifications can be delivered on request. Hydraulic power units The HPD HPU's are delivered in ranges from 400 HHP to 700 HHP. All units are designed specifically for well servicing applications in Zone II areas. The units are also capable of working at full capacity in ambient temperatures from –20° C to +30°C. Both diesel and electrical versions are available. Units can be delivered in both single and split skid version depending of engine size. The skid frame are designed and approved according to DNV 2.7-1. The complete units are DNV approved according to NORSOK Z-015, S-002, S-005, ATEX and also carries the CE mark. The units meets or exceeds the NORSOK 83 dBA sound level requirements. Other designs and specifications can be delivered on request. Nitrogen pump units The HPD 180K Nitrogen Unit is a containerized Pump Skid rated to 480 BHP. This unit is designed specifically for well servicing applications in Zone II areas. The unit is also capable of working at full capacity in ambient temperatures from –20° C to +30°C. The skid frame is designed and approved according to DNV 2.7-1. The complete unit is DNV approved according to NORSOK Z-015, S-002, S-005, ATEX and the unit carries the CE mark. This unit meets or exceeds the NORSOK 83 dBA sound level requirements. SLURRIFICATION UNITS
The HPD slurrification units are delivered according to customer specifications and are capable of working at full capacity in ambient temperatures from –20° C to +30°C. The pictured unit (right) are DNV approved according to relevant NORSOK standards, ATEX, carries the CE mark and in 2002 was the largest and first fully automated slurry unit. VACUUM UNITS
The HPD vacuum units are designed specifically for working in Zone II areas. The units are also capable of working at full capacity in ambient temperatures from –20° C° to +30°C. VALVE MANIFOLD SYSTEMS
HPD API 6A Valve Manifold Systems HPD can deliver customer specified manifold systems complete with mud and gas separators and control panel in sizes ranging from 2 – 1/16” trough to 4 – 1/16”, and in working pressure ratings from 5000 psi to 15000 psi for Choke, Kill, Standpipe, Coiled tubing and Cementing manifolds.
