ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

The majority of our electrical products come from supplier Megger. is so well known for its insulation testers that "to mega" has become a verb !! We supply these insulation testers from 10V to 30kV, but also have a number of other good electro test instruments - make your choice in the menu on the left!

SENSORS

Tempcontrol supplies temperature sensors for both insert and surface measurement. The sensors are supplied as thermal or resistance elements, and several standard designs are stocked with us in Larvik. Tempcontrol also specializes in providing customized solutions where the temperature sensor is designed as needed in terms of diameter, length, accuracy and construction.

The resistance element used is made of platinum which is very accurate and stable in the measuring range from -250 to + 650ºC. The most commonly used resistance elements are of the type Pt100, Pt500 and Pt1000.

The thermocouples have a fast response and cover the measurement range from -270 to + 2300ºC depending on the materials used in the thermocouple.
