Momec's fire doors in class A are designed for a rougher environment and functions onboard ships and platforms. They are delivered with certificates in classes A0, A15 and A60 equipped for each need and demand. The door leaf is galvanized, primed for later coating, powder coated, pvc-foliled, laminated or stainless steel. The frame is produced as a Z-profile in high quality Swedish steel and primed. It can, as an option, be delivered powder coated or in stainless steel. The stainless steel hinges are welded to the frame and bolted to the door leaf. The core material is mineral wool with high density that is glued to the door leaf steel sheets.

A variety of door furnitures and acessories, panic bars, kick plates, door closers, hose ports, special looks, scuttles/windows and gaskets are available. 

All A-doors are tested and certified in fire class A-0 to A-60 according to IMO res. 754(18) and have EC/MED and USCG certifikate among others.

Momec fireproof cabin doors type B-class
Momec has a complete range of high quality cabin doors designed for all kind of applications. The doors are easy to install, and fits all panel systems on the market.

Standard door leaf surface is PVC coated or powder epoxy painted mild steel and is fire, sound and thermo insulated with mineral wool with high density. The door leaf has a trim list of extruded and anodised aluminium profile. Standard frame is 1,5 mm powder epoxy painted mild steel. Stainless steel hinges and designed handles are examples of the standard fittings.

Momec cabin doors can be delivered with optional accessories and equipment such as door furnitures as locks, handles, door closers, kick-plates, scuttle/windows, kick out panels, ventilation grills as well as door leaf with laminate or stainless steel surface. 

The Momec B-doors comes in fire class B-15 and B-30 according to IMO res. 754(18) with sound reduction values from 33 to 44 dB Rw according to SS-EN ISO 140/3:95.
