As early as the mid-1950s, we developed a hydraulic jack that combined low weight with high press capacity. The jack, which had a built-in oil pump, attracted a great deal of attention and quickly became a success.

Demand picked up speed and the foundation was laid for Simson Power Tools in Hofors, where the parent company is located today. In Germany, we are represented through our own subsidiary and in large parts of the rest of the world through resellers.

Maintenance of power tools - regardless of brand
A large part of our business is the renovation of power tools. Long experience and a wide network of contacts means that we can handle most things when it comes to hydraulic tools. Regardless of brand, we make sure that worn jacks are like new again - full of power.

We maintain an extensive stock of spare parts, so we can quickly ensure that broken jacks are repaired and sent back to our customers immediately.
