PROPELLERS

Heimdal propellers are designed using modern computer programs and adapted to each individual vessel to provide the best possible efficiency and the least possible noise and vibration.

Heimdal propeller systems are dimensioned to provide the most possible traction based on a given engine size. Based on 15 different hub sizes, we tailor the blades for each individual vessel. All blades are designed using modern computer software and are well balanced to provide proper resistance to the servo system.

REDUCTION GEARS

Heimdal HG series are robust reduction gears used on fishing vessels, work boats, tugs and other vessels with a need for large traction and equipment that can withstand hard operation in difficult conditions.

Our reduction gears are produced in different sizes. Each size can be equipped with different translations depending on engine and propeller speed. All sizes have a built-in servo for connecting a rotatable propeller with a drawbar. The gears can be equipped with up to three PTOs and / or PTIs, and are suitable for both diesel-mechanical and diesel-electric operation.
