Rapp Marine's Patented PTS Pentagon Control System provides the vessel operator full control and data tracking of their winch system

Rapp Marine PTS Pentagon Control System contains all the features required for safe and efficient winch and equipment operation. The layout, design, and integrated service functions have evolved from 30 years of experience in handling a variety of experience in fishing, research, oil & gas, and workboat applications.

Featuring the latest ”Soft Touch” drive controls together with our (AHC) Active Heave Compensation, the Rapp Marine Pentagon control system offers significantly improved vehicle and cable handling characteristics.

DECK CRANES

Rapp Marine is a manufacturer of marine deck cranes that meet the needs of vessels in the global marine, offshore oil & gas markets

Rapp Marine cranes (formerly Hydra Pro cranes) will be found working in many commercial workboat applications, including the oil and gas industry, on petroleum platforms and service vessels as well as inside LNG facilities handling critical pumps and equipment. Other pedestal cranes are used onboard fishing trawlers and crabbers, and the big fish processors that work the icy waters of northern seas.

Rapp Marine cranes are also used on many barges carrying bulk petroleum along the coasts and inland waterways. The marine cranes operate every day in harbors moving equipment and supplies, while others handle hoses and gear used for transferring fuels. Rapp Marine has also developed many highly innovative and customized pedestal cranes for specialized applications.
