CONTROL VALVES

Clorius control valves 
Clorius valves are simple and reliable for regulation of temperature and pressure
differences in heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
Design: 
- 2-way or 3-way valves 
- Single seated, single seated balanced or double seated 
- Pipe threads or flanged 
Media:
- Water, including sea water 
- Steam 
- Hot oil 
- Other liquids 

The valves have a simplified design, because the packbox is incorporated in the actuators to
match. Thus any replacement of the packbox is possible without dismantling the control valve. 
Clorius control valves can be supplied with certificates of approval from all recognized
classification societies, also certificates according to, e.g. the EN 10204 2.1, 2.2 or 3.1B 
standards.

SENSORS
Clorius Controls specializes in the development and production of marine equipment for monitoring, controlling and regulating heating, cooling and ventilation. The product range consists of Clorius control valves, self-acting controls - thermostats, pneumatic controls, electronic controllers, temperature ensors and valve motors.

THERMOSTATS

Self-acting temperature controls 
Clorius temperature controllers, consisting of a thermostat and a valve, are used for controlling
the temperature in central heating systems, district heating systems, industrial plants or industrial processes and in marine systems.
They can be used for control of cold or hot water, steam or oil in heating and cooling
systems.

Clorius Controls offers three types of self-acting temperature controls - thermostats type
V, weatherproof thermostats and duostats.

The thermostats consist of a sensor and a capillary tube, filled with liquid, and an adjusting
cylinder. Clorius thermostats are self-acting and work on the principle of liquid expansion,
they are sturdy in they design, and work with a large closing force. 

Electronic controls
Complete electronic temperature control systems consisting of electronic PI/PID controllers, sensors and valve motors in digital or analogue versions are delivered for heating and cooling systems in maritime installations.

Pneumatic controls
Complete pneumatic temperature control systems consisting of diaphragm linear actuators, mechanical controllers including
sensors, pneumatic-pneumatic positioners, electro-pneumatic positioners and filter regulators, delivered for heating and cooling
systems.
