CCTV
Vissim CCTV integrates IP- and analog, daylight and thermal cameras including pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ). It supports video streaming and motion JPEG, has centralized recording and synchronized playback with Vissim Vessel Traffic Management and Vissim Radio Communication. Utilizing position data from the VTMS, it also allows for automatic tracking of- and move to objects. The software is scalable and flexible, supporting multiple users and permission control as well as multiple cameras and multiple views. System can also be configured to automatically turn selected camera when warning occurs. Vissim’s concept of mobile VTS allows the camera to be mounted on almost anything. Whereas it is a traditionally stationary sensor site, a vessel or a drone, the camera can be interfaced and video transmitted to the Vissim CCTV module. Integrated with Vissim applications for vessel traffic management and radio communication, the Vissim CCTV creates an extremely efficient operations environment.

OFFSHORE ENERGY MANAGER
Managing construction and operation of offshore assets is very much a matter of managing personnel. During planning of personnel transfer, the complex challenge requires a detailed understanding of assignments, manifests, personnel certifications and vessel schedules. Vissim Offshore Energy Manager is a web-based database and platform that is employed to manage personnel and vessel certification (see: Vissim Compliance Module). It is also used to manage manifest planning operationally and track personnel location in real time (see: Vissim Logistics Module). This application enables much of the traditional workload of marine coordination to be easily distributed to contractors, thereby increasing transparency and minimising duplication while maintaining data control and security. By capturing locations, times and tasks, a powerful range of reports and data analytics can be generated. REQUEST DATA SHEET All individuals intending to work on an offshore construction project are required to create their own profiles. After signing up online and completing a personal profile, an individual can log in and upload additional information if necessary. Administrators can also create new profiles, update existing profiles and certificates, and generate reports to get the most out of the systems. The software can be accessed using a wide range of web browsers and is HTML5-based, enabling a range of devices to access it. The software is compatible with: Apple iOS, Android, Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox. The system has been designed from the ground up to be GDPR compliant, to integrate into Vissim's proven tracking technology and to deliver a modern and feature rich interface.

OIL SPILL DETECTION
Vissim Oil Spill Detection Module is a fully automated, real time detection software which processes data from raw radar images. Most of the technology available for detection of oil on water is suffering from false detections. This means a lot of load is put on the operator. Vissim’s technology includes advanced algorithms for false targets negligance. The detection capability is further improved when integrated to Vissim Vessel Traffic Management Application. The module records all data and play back of incidents are initiated on events for oil spill analytics. Vissim Oil Spill Detection has been in daily use on oil & gas installations and on vessels and is field proven. The performance has been verified by independant parties by real tests involving oil on water.

RADIO COMMUNICATION
In congested maritime traffic, effective communication between vessel and VTS operator can be crucial. Reports show that difficulties in establishing effective communications frequently lead to maritime accidents. Vissim Radio Communication, is a network based, full IP communication voice system which includes radio control. Vissim Radio Communication provides received signal quality information in digital form and automatically routes the best quality audio signal directly to the operator. In addition, the adjacent base-stations with lower quality reception of that signal are muted to avoid any interference. The application is scalable and forms communication solutions from simple local VHF networks and regional network systems, to full scale nationwide communication networks. It supports multiple frequency bands in one IP based solution like VHF-FM, UHF-FM, VHF-AM, UHF-AM, HF, etc. When integrated with Vissim Vessel Traffic Management, fully utilization of DSC based communication is enabled. Vissim Radio Communication will receive MMSI information from the VTS and create a database of vessel details. A DSC call can be established directly with such vessels by a simple click on the main traffic display. This will enable a voice communication call to be easily established by the VTS Operator through a simple single on screen action. In addition, area calls or all-ships broadcast messages can be initiated in a similar manner on any VHF channel. Voice recording is centralized and is synchronized with the VTS in playback mode. With many maritime accidents occurring due to misunderstandings during communication, Vissim Radio Communication can help VTS operators to be certain that they are communicating correctly with the right vessel and that they are receiving and transmitting the best call quality using all the means of voice communication. Vissim Radio Communication provides a major improvement to navigational safety.

VESSEL TRAFFIC MANAGMENT
Vissim Vessel Traffic Management Application integrates data from sensors such as radar, AIS, CCTV and drone, VHF, Metocean sensors and satellite data, and provides real-time detection, tracking and monitoring of sea traffic and vessels’ information to produce situational awareness. The Application is proven incredible reliable and robust and is currently in operation on several hundred small, medium scale and large VTMS systems worldwide. WAVE HEIGHT DETECTION
Routine sea state measurement using moored wave buoys can be costly. These devices are subject to damage and loss and multiples of these devices may be required in order to provide a view of a wider area. Vissim Wave Height Detection provides real-time sea state information by using effective and highly advanced algorithms analyzing radar video. It uses multiple virtual wave buoys as measurement points to provide a complete sea state picture. Vissim has developed a fully automatic solution, which is designed to receive and process data from existing sources quickly. This eliminates the need for new hardware making our solution financially superior to alternative wave measuring methods. Vissim Wave Height Detection can also be integrated with weather forecasts.
